SPICE - Creating a Science Pedagogy Innovation Centre for Europe
 The primary objective of the SPICE project is to collect, analyse, validate and share innovative pedagogical practice, particularly that which is based on inquiry-based learning, whilst enhancing pupils' interest in the sciences.
SPICE will support this objective by singling out best practice teaching approaches in maths, science and technology, and sharing them throughout Europe. The best practice criteria will provide guidelines to guarantee the innovation and quality of new projects.
SPICE is carried out by European Schoolnet (EUN) together with Direcção Geral de Inovação e Desenvo (DGIDC) from Portugal and Dum zahranicnich sluzeb MSMT (DZS) from Czech Republic. SPICE is funded under the European Commission’s Lifelong Learning Programme (DG Education and Culture).
