Petnica Students Conference

Petnica Science Cente, the biggest and probably the oldest independent organization for
extracurricular science education in South-Eastern Europe is organizing its annual students conference on December from 8 to 11, 2005.

The conference is mainly aimed at secondary-school students, but guests are always welcome!

All schools, educational and scientific organizations working with students aged 15-19 and interested in science are welcome to present their research papers for the conference.
The deadline for applications is November 6, 2005.

Last year 77 secondary-school students from 6 European countries participated in the conference presenting 55 research works in 14 areas of science: archaeology, astronomy, biochemistry, biology, chemistry, computer science, electronics, ethnology, geology, history, linguistics, mathematics, physics and psychology.
