Science education summer school: Discover OpenScienceResources

Educators from science centres and museums as well as science teachers are invited to participate in the summer school DISCOVER OpenScienceResources: Technology Enhanced Science Education and Science Content Organisation held in Crete 4-9 July 2010. The application deadline is 16 January 2010.

The summer school aims to bring together the members of the OpenScienceResources (OSR) users community to introduce them to the ideas, the methods and the use of the OSR tools. The participants will have the chance to use the instruments in the OSR portal and materials from the participating museums to prepare an educational pathway, add educational metadata and upload it to the OSR portal.

Participants may apply for funding to their National Comenius and Grundtvig authorities. The deadline for applications is the 16 January 2010.
