e-Skills Career Portal
The European e-Skills Career Portal is a one-stop-shop to support young people and young professionals in upgrading their IT skills, in response to the growing demand for IT skills in today’s knowledge economy.
The portal also aims to boost interest in maths, science and technology education in Europe by demystifying careers in the IT industry with real-life career-stories and providing guidance on qualifications in the field.
The eSkills portal presents latest news and events from the IT and education sectors, IT-related tips and learning resources to test and improve your IT skills, and an opportunity for young people to discuss online with recruitment experts and career advisors via the community section. Subscribe to the monthly Email Update and stay informed about the latest news!
The portal is supported by the e-Skills Industry Leadership Board (ILB), which brings together major stakeholders with SMEs, and managed by the ILB Career Portal Committee with organisations such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco Systems, CompTIA, ECDL Foundation, CEPIS, Siemens, Inlea Foundation, Econet and European Schoolnet.
