The Virtual school has closed its activities but it leads the way to development of many other initiatives helping teachers to use ICT in their classes, so we propose you to visit the new EUN project XPLORA www.xplora.org and the "Com@net" Mathematics community.
P.I.S.A. 2003
The O.E.C.D. Programme for International Student Assessment is an ongoing programme of testing of 15-year-old school students in Reading, Mathematical and Scientific literacy.
Geogebra
Geogebra is one of the most innovative opensource maths software currently available. It works on a wide range of platforms and to used it you nead free Java virtual machine.

Skolelinux
Some information about an implementation of Skolelinux in a school in Dublin, Ireland. Skolelinux is available in (at least) Norwegian, German, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, Arabic and English.
Mathematical Museum
Over the centuries many meccanical mathematical engines have been built. Many of them, although nowadays obsolete, can still be very useful in the teaching and learning of Mathematics.
